Workspaces & Organizations

In GoLink, links and custom domains belong to Organizations (also referred to as Workspaces). This multi-tenant model allows individuals and enterprise teams to isolate their environments cleanly.

Workspace Structure

Every organization possesses its own unique namespace:

  2. Select "Create New Organization".

  5. Click Create.

OwnerFull administrative rights, workspace deletion, billing settings, and domain management.
AdminCan invite/remove members, manage custom domains, create, edit, and delete all organization links.
MemberCan create links, edit own links, export QR codes, and view aggregate analytics.

Inviting Team Members

To collaborate with teammates:

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings → Members.
  2. Enter the teammate's email address.
  3. Select their initial role (Admin or Member).
  4. Click Send Invitation.

The invitee will receive an email invitation containing a secure join token to accept the workspace invitation.

If the invited user does not have a GoLink account yet, they will be prompted to create one before accepting the invitation.

Deleting or Transferring an Organization

Only the Owner can delete an organization. Deleting an organization permanently removes:

Organization deletion is irreversible. All active links using the default domain or custom domains tied to the organization will immediately stop redirecting.
